The Patchio Rush Order Shipment Policy

At Patchio, we pride ourselves on offering exclusive rush services to meet the urgent needs of our customers. We understand the importance of timeliness, which is why we provide rush services for a variety of products, including:

What benefits do you get from our rush service?

When you choose our rush service from The Patchio, your order will be given top priority in our production queue, guaranteeing a reserved slot for production. Our team will create the artwork proof within 1-3 hours, a significant improvement from the standard 1-3 days.

We allocate additional man-hours to ensure the high-quality production of your product. Once completed, your order will be dispatched from our production facility using an express service, further prioritising its delivery.

The Rush Orders Process

Here is the process for placing a rush order with us:

Step 1: To request our Rush delivery service, please complete the form provided on our website. Once you fill the form you will receive an email requesting you to send us your design. Please note that this confirmation may not be provided until the following morning. If we can meet your deadline, we will send an official quote for your review and acceptance.

Step 2: When submitting your design to , be sure to include 'RUSH SERVICE' in the subject line. Also, do mention the date on which you wan’t to receive your order.

Step 3: Upon receiving your order via email, we will confirm the receipt and one of our representative will contact you via call or email to give you a quote.

Step 4: If you are satisfied with the quoted price, we will ask you to complete the following steps by 5 pm on the day of acceptance:

  1. Accept the quote
  2. Pay the invoice in full
  3. Approve the artwork proof

Step 5: Once the invoice is received, we will start the work with our production team to ensure that your order can be completed by your requested date.

Note:Once the invoice is paid in full, we will send the artwork for your approval. We recommend checking your email regularly for updates on your order. If we do not receive a response, we will contact you by phone to remind you to complete the necessary steps.

Important points to note:

  • Special orders for rush services pose a potential risk to timely delivery. Additional charges for Rush orders will be clearly outlined in your final quote. Please note that these charges, as well as the cost of the product, are non-refundable in the event that we are unable to meet the agreed upon delivery date or lead time.
  • Our experience indicates that there might be a 20% chance of delays with rush orders. We ask that you proceed with your order only if you are comfortable with this level of risk.
  • In order for us to fulfill the promised delivery date or lead time, we kindly request that you complete the following tasks by 6pm on the day of acceptance in most cases:
  • Accept the provided quote
  • Pay the invoice in full
  • Approve the artwork proof

The Patchio strives to ensure timely delivery of RUSH goods from our overseas production facility, in accordance with the specified delivery date/lead time. (RUSH goods refer to items delivered faster than the standard estimated lead times). Please note that The Patchio is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of goods. Once the invoice has been paid in full, artwork for approval will be promptly sent to you. Lead times may vary depending on the product, but our RUSH service is designed to expedite the process and deliver your order sooner than the requested date.
